Italian style Gianduja created by grinding heritage cacao with hazelnuts to create a smooth nutty alternative to chocolate. A dance of aromatic hazelnuts + cocoa. Melts as soon as it hits the tongue. Serve with a double espresso. Gianduja was created in the Piedmonte region of Northern Italy during Napoleonic times, when cocoa was harder to come by. By marrying the local aromatic hazelnuts into the chocolate process, a delectable treat was created which has been popular ever since.  80g.
