Traditionally sticky rice is served in individual lidded baskets made from either reed or bamboo (kra-tip khao). Sticky rice is best moulded and eaten with fingers.  200g.

Item Details:

Sticky Rice can be served as an accompaniment to savoury dishes, it is also often cooked with coconut milk and a wide variety of fruits to create sweet snacks or delicious desserts.  No artificial colours, flavourings or preservatives.  Originating from Northern Thailand, Sticky Rice (or glutinous rice) is whiter and shorter than other rice. This opaque grain becomes translucent when cooked and is best prepared by soaking prior to cooking.
