Pablo Jamon Serrano - Cecinas Pablo are ham and beef curing specialists in Leon province, north west Spain. This family business began in a butcher shop in 1991 and has gone on to re-introduce the traditional curing methods of the Leon area.  As long-established butchers, Cecinas Pablo can source the finest pork legs for transforming into hams. The legs are matured nice and slow. At the end of sixteen months curing Pablo¿s excellent serrano hams are ready for slicing.  Pablo serrano hams have an aroma and depth of flavour that few can match.  200g.
