Annas Pepparkakor’s history starts in 1929 in their home bakery on Stockholm, Sweden. Amongst their many bakes, the ginger thins quickly gained popularity and the bakery grew. Loved today by people across Scandinavia, these delicate biscuits are wonderfully spicy and sweet. Enjoy as they are, with glögg or a cup of tea, or serve with a good blue cheese.
