Essential Bulgar Wheat Organic. A long standing form of cracked whole-wheat. It has an excellent taste and is good nutritionally. A quick-cook grain widely used in the Middle East. Good with salads, stews, pilaffs, stuffings etc. – 500g
Use one cup of Bulgar to two cups of water, bring to the boil & simmer gently for 15-20 minutes. Season to taste & serve. For a tasty alternative stir in a little sautéed onion / capsicum & serve.
