Gibson’s raspberry liqueur is made from the traditional organic variety Autumn Bliss and the newer, slightly sweeter, Joan J. Just about the time the last blackcurrants have been picked, the raspberries are ready for harvest in late summer. 35cl.
Alc. 16% by vol. Winner of the Soil Association Organic Food Awards 2012. Despite being grown in an open field they can last well into November. The berries yield a generous quantity of juice when pressed, the juice is mixed with a small amount of organic sugar and fermented, finally the liqueur is fortified with the addition of an organic grain spirit. Raspberry liqueur has a high fruit content, contains no sulphites and is suitable for vegans.
