he innovative Meinklang estate’s top red from biodynamic Saint Laurant grapes is vinified with indigenous yeasts only, and then carefully matured in 900 litre concrete egg shaped vessels which capture the pure varietal character of the grape. The very fine and numerous air pores in the concrete allow a specially controlled oxygen supply to the wine, and the unique purely natural oval shape aids unobstructed, free flow and circulation of the developing wine. 75cl.
