Description
Spaghetti bronze drawn and slow dried at low temperature by the Felicetti family, pasta producers for over 100 years. Kamut® Khorasan is believed to be the ancestor of modern durum wheat, and contains more nutrients than modern strains. The story goes that a US airman discovered some ancient grains while based in Egypt in WWII. It’s said that Kamut® Khorasan is grown from those original 36 grains.
