Made by Salsa Bastarda, a small company based in Northern Spain, this sauce has been adapted from an old recipe used to fortify Cantabrian fisherman on their long voyages in search of cod. With a fresh, slightly sharp aroma, the flavour of the green sauce is fruity with touches of spice and a lingering, moderately hot finish. A perfect accompaniment to fish, seafood or vegetarian dishes. 120g.
