Description
These are hand made by a family bakery, which has been producing grissini since 1945 using simple, quality ingredients. This unusual recipe uses locally milled flour together with flour from Italian black rice and extra virgin olive oil. Strips of dough are individually hand rolled and pulled into the characteristic grissini shape before baking. 150g.
