Description

Milled in Tetbury, on the banks of the river Avon, on a site which has boasted a mill for over 900 years. Created from some of the best hard wheats, this is Shipton Mill’s finest grade of flour. Using only the most functional fraction of the whole wheat berry keeps to tradition and produces a fine flour with a low ash content. Well suited to bubbly pizza bases and silky smooth pasta doughs. Also suitable for breadmaking, including sourdoughs.
