Unlike the Traditional Cold Smoked Salmon, Oak Roasted Salmon is brined and then roasted over oak at much higher temperatures. The result is a moist and full of flavour cooked salmon with that authentic Tregida smokiness, ideal for salads. A single steak will serve as a main course for one.
