From hand-picked grapes originating in two terroirs, both Rapaura and the hill slopes of Wairau in Marlborough. Fermented on wild yeasts and aged for 12 months in French barriques, it is positively Burgundian in style. Intense cherry fruit with earth and herb character, the tannins are soft and appealing A wonderful addition to the Walnut Block family of wines. 750ml.
