Description
These anchovies are caught in Sciacca, south west Sicily. Sangiolaro – which translates to tuna fisherman – is a Sicilian producer. It selects only the highest quality fish for its products, including red tuna (bluefin), white tuna (alalunga), anchovy and mackerel. No fish is ever frozen. The quality of this range is second to none and no equivalent can be found in today’s market.
