This artisan pasta range is truly spectacular in every sense. The colours are works of art, as only the Italians can do, and the taste is a work of art too. All the colours are derived from natural food, like beetroot, chillis, tomatoes, spinach, nettle etc. with no colourings or preservatives. It is made in a very small pasta factory in Puglia using bronze dies and slow drying. Simply the best coloured pasta on the market. 500g.
