While Hearts of Palm are most commonly used in salads, their unique flavour and texture make them a surprisingly versatile food. For a quick appetiser add a simple vinaigrette dressing. Create a more luxurious version by wrapping in slices of smoked salmon or Parma ham. Try them grilled to serve with seafood or meat.
