Cox and Co’s mission is simple: we want to create delicious chocolate that is truly different, made with care and sustainability in mind. Our single origin cacao is supplied by the Casa Luker estate in Colombia who work closely with local farmers to guarantee quality, traceability, and ethical chocolate. We have partnered with Luker on the Chocolate Dream project which aims to improve the livelihoods of its growers, restore biodiversity, and support rural communities. Our bee pollen and honey bar is made using 61% single origin Colombian cacao blended with honey flavour and a sprinkling of bee pollen for a rich dark chocolate hit with just the right level of sweetness.
