It tastes of summer flowers – a heavenly match for all kinds of fruit and great with meringues, cream and vanilla ice cream. And don’t forget the barbecue – this honey is great for making sauces and marinades or used as a glaze on meat or vegetables. Its great too, of course, straight on toast or over yoghurt. 260g.
