“Our head baker Martin created this beauty of a loaf. We took it home one evening and whilst we enjoyed it thickly buttered with dinner we set about trying to name it. We drew on our inspiration from French bakeries, family holidays in France and of course our bakers, that nigh t our St Martin was born!”
