Hand harvested by ‘paludiers’ according to a traditional method dating back a thousand years. The red label sea salt, is naturally grey and guranteed unwashed and a source of calcium and iron. This salt lends its complementary flavours to traditional family cooking; all kinds of food – pasta, vegetables, bakes salt crust, court bouillon and grilling.
