Carefully cut from the shoulder, our organic welsh diced lamb is perfect for slow and low cooking, boasting deep rich flavour, requiring low cooking times due to it’s naturally tender texture.
As the main attraction of a hearty winter stew (or a ‘cawl’ as it is known here in Wales) or as an ingredient for some succulent kebabs or a spicy curry with a kick to it. Rhug organic diced lamb is always a useful cut to have.

Organic Welsh Lamb
Our award-winning Organic Lamb is bred and reared on the main farm at Rhug, where the pastures are sown with a selection of herbs and grasses, including chicory, red and white clover, cocksfoot and timothy. This all contributes to the tenderness and flavour of succulent meat. The lowland and highland flock are North of England Mules. The highland flock lamb outdoors in the season and we are therefore able to produce lamb all year round for our customers. Our lamb has PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) status and is considered by many well-renowned chefs to be some of the best lamb in the world.
