Edford’s award-winning Organic Beef is produced from an Aberdeen Angus herd crossed with Stabiliser bulls to create a fat covering to aid the dry-ageing process, the herd are primarily grass-fed, supplemented with home-grown organic cereals. To further enhance it’s tenderness and flavour the meat is dry-aged for 35 days.
£83 per kilogram. Average 164g or £26.93 per steak. Price may vary between steaks. The price will changed to match the weight of the steak given.
