The Carnaroli rice grain is known as the “King of risotti”. Carnaroli has the highest content of amylase amongst different rice varieties which makes the grain more compact, giving a good absorptionwith little loss of starch. This means the rice absorbs the flavour of the ingredients and liquids and maintains a good hard texture as it is cooked and stirred. 1Kg.

Organico Carnaroli speciality rice is grown and packed in Bizane in the heart of the century-old rice fields of the Morthern Po valley. The Picco family have been cultivating rice here since 1878.
