Description
These baby sized gherkins or pepinillos are preserved in white wine vinegar with mustard seeds, silverskin onions and peppercorns. Small, crisp and lightly pickled they are the ideal accompaniment to rich pates and terrines or a strong cheese such as mature Manchego.
