Simply warm the sauce thoroughly in a sauce pan over medium heat or in a suitable container in the microwave. For an authentic Carbonara fry lardons of pancetta then heat the sauce in the same pan. Stir into cooked spaghetti or tagliatelli. Suitable for vegetarians and coeliacs, gluten free. Contains milk.
