Ras-el-Hanout is comprised of no less than fifteen herbs and spices that are roasted and mixed by hand. The spice mix contains warm, sweet flavours of cinnamon, cloves, mace and nutmeg. The addition of cardamom, coriander, allspice adds zest and zing to the blend! Whole rose petals and lavender are added at the end to impart pleasant, floral notes. 33g
