Seggiano Pappardelle Pasta Organic


Bronze drawn pasta, slow dried and made with organically grown durum wheat from the Val d’Orcia, Tuscany.


Seggiano Pappardelle Pasta is made using premium, high density, 100% Tuscan organic durum wheat, cultivated in the untouched Orcia Valley of southern Tuscany. It’s slow-dried at a low temperature, for fantastic firm consistency and excellent flavour.

Our pasta is bronze drawn, giving it a more porous, matte texture that binds flawlessly to sauces. Ribbon-like pappardelle pasta goes well with rich sauces – think Porcini mushroom or ragú. The namesake of this cut is pappare, to ‘gobble up’. You’ll find out why. 375g.
