Our pasta is made in the unspoilt Orcia Valley of southern Tuscany, using premium high density, 100% Tuscan organic durum wheat. Whereas industrial pasta comes smooth from teflon forms, Seggiano pasta is bronze drawn, which gives it a rough, matt texture that is porous and binds perfectly with sauces. 375g.
