Description
Baked by Johnathon Harwood and Karen Laggett, in their dedicated kitchen in the small village of Poulton in Gloucestershire. Using just a handful of natural ingredients, all their puddings are baked exactly as you would at home.
Ingredients:
Sponge Pudding (52%): gluten-free flour [rice, potato, tapioca, maize and buckwheat], pasteurised egg, brown sugar, dates (13%), milk, rapeseed oil, butter (milk) (3.5%), 100% cocoa powder (3.4%), sea salt, bicarbonate of soda. Chocolate Sauce (48%): cream (milk), sugar, butter (milk), 70% Belgian dark chocolate (3.4%) (cocoa mass 71%; sugar 26%; fat-reduced cocoa powder 2%; emulsifier: soya lecithin), sea salt.
