The larger size of the exquisite Christmas pudding from The Foods Of Athenry. Handmade in small batches on the farm in County Galway to ensure maximum pudding pleasure. They soak the dried fruit for days in brandy and cider, combine with the other ingredients, steam for up to 5 hours then liberally douse again with more brandy. This little number is a winner of the hard to come by Great Taste Gold award for 2013. 400g.
