Vinagre de Jerez Sherry Wine Vinegar – 75cl. This sherry vinegar is barrel aged and produced to the Solera system in a small bodega in Jerez, Andalucía. The secret of the intense richness and flavour is that all the wines that go into producing the vinegar are produced on a single estate and barrel fermented.
