Tamari is a strong and thick naturally fermented Japanese soy sauce. Use instead of salt and as a versatile and flavoursome seasoning. Add to soup, salad, grains, casseroles and vegetable dishes. Traditionally produced in Japan through prolonged maturation in cedar wood kegs.
