It is also known as Lokum, an Arabic word meaning ‘morsel’ or ‘little bite’. Legend has it that the name ‘Turkish Delight’ was given by a British traveler who discovered it during his travels to Istanbul. He found the confection so delightful that he brought it back to England and shared it with his friends. Today, we are following in his footsteps.
