Housing a combination of 4 chilli varieties of different spice levels (higher levels of the spicy variety), plus other classic ingredients from the region, like fermented black bean and Szechuan peppercorns, this beautiful crunchy textured condiment lights up any meal. Its mix of chilli, slightly salty umami and a smoky background flavour has made this a hit with consumers who put it on ‘anything and everything’!
Chilli Crisp works from breakfast-time (on poached egg or avocado) right through snack (cheese toast and chilli crisp evidently!) and onto dinner (roast veg, fried rice, noodles, pizza are a few favourites).
