La Fabbrica della Pasta di Gragnano has been producing traditional pasta since 1976. Gragnano is a village in the heart of Naples Bay where pasta has been produced for at least 500 years. This pasta maker, Antonino Moccia, produces the world’s largest pasta shape – the caccavelle – which is named after a Napolitan casserole.
