Description
The Artichokes are peeled, washed and centrifuged before being roasted over volcanic rock to add a depth of flavour which is impossible to beat. Great as an aperitivo or on top of a pizza. Our Sott’olios are made by small family-run food producers at harvest time using entirely fresh vegetables and made without the use of chemical additives or preservatives. Most importantly for their flavour and the health of consumers, the vegetables are preserved in extra virgin olive oil.
