Made with organic, free-range and pasture-fed lamb and beef, these koftas are mixed with nutty walnuts and almonds, and finished with sweet red peppers. They’re then moulded into the perfect shape to aid caramelisation when placed on the grill or in the oven. Served with seasonal, roasted Mediterranean vegetables and a delicate coriander salsa that cuts through the meat perfectly, this is a meal that’s beautifully balanced in every way.
Add a fluffy warm flatbread on the side and a splash of tzatziki for zingy cucumber freshness.
