Bodegas Piqueras Wild Ferment Verdejo Organic – The Verdejo grapes are sourced from the coolest, high altitude vines and harvested at night to preserve the fruit, freshness and aromatics. Wild yeasts start the ferment, and the wine is aged for just two months in French oak. Unctuous on the palate with great natural acidity.
