As with all our burgers our Minted Lamb are made with only natural ingredients, Edfords Organic Lamb, No Preservatives and Gluten Free.
Edfords Lamb products all come from Norfolk Horn or Jacob Sheep raised here on our farm, all left on grass and only ever fed grass or haylage cut from our farm these pasture fed sheep.
All born on the farm from our pedigree breeding sheep they are raised slowly and mostly live over a year.
