El Navarrico Butter Beans Navarrico beans are selected from growers on a quality basis, washed and then manually sorted to remove any that are broken or inferior. They are expertly cooked to retain their texture and so that the skin remains smooth. Creamy and smooth textured thanks to the amount of starch they contain and the expertise in cooking, they retain their mild flavour, which most cooked beans lose. Creamy, silky and unctuous.
