Khorasan type durum wheat originated in the Middle East several thousand years ago and is the ancestor of modern wheats. Monograno Felicetti’s mater pasta makers skilfully turn it into premium pasta which releases scents of white flowers and freshly peeled fruits during cooking and has flavours reminiscent of pine, macadamia and edible flowers.
