Galician hard cheese made with pasteurised cow’s milk. A cooked, pressed cheese made in the style of traditional Alpine cheeses. It is made with fresh milk from cows that graze freely in Galician meadows. Its flavour and texture are reminiscent of Parmesan and Grana Padano cheeses. 220g.
