Authentic durum wheat pasta di Gragnola. Bronze extruded and slow dried at low temperatures. Cannelloni are particularly suitable to be filled with tasty compounds, based on meat or vegetables and ricotta. The most used recipes for cannelloni want them to be baked with savouy fillings and covered with a light layer of tomato and béchamel.
