Description
Organic Fava beans in a mildly spiced sauce. This Vaal Dhal is inspired by the cuisine of Gujarat in Northern India but they use only British grown fava beans ~ Britain’s original bean, grown here since the Iron Age. Fava is a variety if broad bean, left to ripen and dry before harvest.
