You’ll find layers of refreshing redcurrant fruits, intertwined with smoky notes from light oak ageing. Acidity and tannins – important components in a well made wine – are perfectly balanced and the result is an enormously satisfying mouthful of wine. Just the sort of wine I could easily drink a glass or two of with an old fashioned ploughman’s lunch.
