Our non-alcoholic Ginger Beer is a delicate combination of freshly cold-pressed ginger juice, a touch of cane sugar, a hint of Cayenne pepper, white Malabar pepper and selected ferments. After a few days of fermentation, we obtain a delicious drink, strong in fermented ginger and subtly spicy. Alcohol-free and sparkling, it is consumed chilled and after having been mixed so that the power of the ginger is diffused with each sip. 350ml.
