Fresh organically grown chillis are immersed in De Carlo extra virgin olive oil for several days. Once it is infused with the scent, colour and flavour of the chilli, it is filtered through fine muslin and bottled. The result is a spicy hot olive oil which can be used in sauces, stir fries, or any dish which needs a lively hint of warming peperoncino flavour from sunny southern Italy. Chilli lovers prefer to use it neat, as a condiment. 250ml.
