Certified Biodynamic by Demeter at every stage the whole working estate is influenced by the rhythms of the moon but specific vineyard sites are more suited to this quality-focused form of agriculture than others. The 2015 is a superb vintage and we just had to snap some up before it completely sold out. Crisp and tart red fruit compote with enough flavour to enjoy with or without food. Elegance personified.
