Piccalilli was a mainstay growing up, with my parents making huge batches of it every year. I wanted to revisit this British classic & produce one without vinegar. It is a great example of the difference that makes to the width of flavours & it’s safe to say it elevates a cheddar sandwich or charcuterie board to dizzying new heights.
