All Ombars are sweetened with organic coconut blossom sugar – a natural product made by evaporating the water from coconut palm sap. Although not raw, coconut blossom sugar has a low glycemic index and loads more integrity than agave nectar. It is also sustainable and supported by Fairworld. This is made in a factory that uses nuts. Fully recyclable packaging.
